Welcome

I am proud to introduce myself, Jay Primmer.  I am the owner and operator of Premier Construction Works LLC; a fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured construction company.  The son of a Master Plumber, I was introduced to the trades when in diapers. I officially started as an apprentice to a Master Carpenter before High School and never looked back.   Working with my hands has never seemed to be a choice, but a true calling.  I have always had an interest in how things work and finding solutions to problems.   I have honed that interest over the past 30+ years to include almost all aspects of construction.  Having done so, I believe that I offer a unique perspective on problems and issues associated with construction.  I have extensive experience in new construction, remodeling, repair and maintenance.  I am happy to give estimates at no cost and will always offer free advice to anyone.  Please feel free to browse my projects page, which showcases some of the most recent projects I have done.  I look forward to meeting new customers and facing new challenges.  I would be more than happy to add your project to the list.  Thank you for visiting.
